IS THERE A MINIMUM OR MAXIMUM RENTAL TIME?

It is possible to rent from one month until several years. The prices vary according to the length of time you rent (the longer the period, the lower the prices)

 

IS THE FURNITURE NEW OR SECOND HAND?

As our company has just opened in 2004 all the furniture is new. By 2006 we expect to have the first expired contracts meaning the furniture I general will have been previously rented, but in perfect condition for continued use

 

HAVE I GOT PURCHASE OPTION?

Yes, if you wish

 

HAVE I GOT TO PAY A DEPOSIT TO GUARRANTEE THE RETURN OF THE FURNITURE IN GOOD CONDITION? IF SO, HOW MUCH DOES IT COST?

Yes. The deposit is two monthly payments

 

DO I HAVE TO RENT A MINIMUM NUMBER OF FURNITURE OR MINIMUM PACKAGE? IF SO, WHAT FURNITURE DOES THIS CONSIST OF?

Yes, the minimum package consists of the basic furniture for a one bedroom flat, which is: Dining-living room: 2 piece sofa, coffee table, dining table and 4 chairs Bedroom: double bed and 2 night tables Regarding this minimum package, variations can be made. Also you can add as much furniture as is included in our list of furniture of rent

 

CAN I CHOOSE THE FURNITURE IN A SHOW ROOM OR CATALOGUE?

Yes, all of furniture can be selected from our catalogue of photos, as well as check and touch the material and colour of our samples. How ever we do not have a wide range of styles of furniture. For example we do not stock classical or rustic furniture which most customers do not ask for. We have chosen modern and functional furniture suitable for all tastes. We also have a show room where you can see touch and try the furniture

 

ARE DELIVERY AND INSTALLATION INCLUDED IN YOUR PRICES OR DO THEY HAVE TO BE PAID SEPARATELY? AND V.A.T.?

VAT, delivery and pick up, installation and insurance are not included in our prices. The cost of the installation is 10% of the monthly payment. The current VAT is 16%. The delivery and pick up prices depend on the number of bedrooms in a house/flat:

One bedroom: 250 € (each way)
Two bedrooms: 300 € (each way)
Three bedrooms: 350 € (each way)


Delivery and pick up and the installation are paid when the contract is signed

 

CAN THE CONTRACT BE IN MY NAME OR IN THE NAME OF MY COMPANY?

Both options are possible.

 

IS THE RENT PAID MONTHLY?

Yes

 

WHAT TYPE OF GUARANTEE DO YOU NEED?

If you are a first-time customer we ask for a bank guarantee depending on your salary or income tax form. If we are dealing with a well-known company like a bank or multinacional, references are not necessary

 

ONCE THE FURNITURE HAS BEEN CHOSEN AND THE CONTRACT SIGNED, HOW LONG BEFORE YOU DELIVERY AND INSTALL THE FURNITURE?

In a period of five working days (Monday-Friday), you well not begin to pay until the fifth day even if the furniture has been previously installed

 

I AM ALSO INTERESTED IN RENTING APPLIANCES BUT, WHAT HAPPEN IF THEY BREAK? HAVE I GOT TO PAY THE REPAIR OR THE APPLIANCES ARE GUARANTED? WHICH IS THE PERIOD?

The good operation of the appliances is guaranteed. If the reason of the breakdown is a badly use of the machine, the invoice’s charge will be paid by the customer. The repair’s period is 48 hours

 

HAVE I GOT TO CONTRACT AN INSURANCE FOR THE POTENTIAL DAMAGES OF THE FURNITURE?

We contract the insurance. The monthly payment includes a flooding, fire and burglary insurance

 

WHAT HAPPEN IF I WANT TO FINISH THE CONTRACT BEFORE THE STIPULATED DATE?

You will lose the deposit and you will have to pay the difference for the actual months rented multiplied by the real months rented
